We could not believe the difference

Firstly, we were very impressed by Dan's professionalism and friendly nature on our very first meeting with him.  He explained the whole process of selling a house with us and answered all our questions.  He was patient with us when we mentioned the price we were after.  We left his office feeling very confident.  After having the property listed previously with another Real Estate agency we could not believe the difference once we signed up with Dan.  Dan and his team were always in touch with us via telephone or text messages and kept us well informed of progress.  When Dan had a prospective buyer for us he had no hesitation about meeting with us no matter how late it was on a working day or on the weekend.  Dan told us he hoped to sell our property within a certain time frame and he delivered on this.  Dan & his Team are truly a very professional and friendly group of people.  I have no hesitation in recommending your team to others.  Thank you very much once again.  I wish you all continued success.
